Delivery Time

• Your frame will be sent via royal mail second class and dispatched from us at a maximum of 4 working days from receipt of order.
• If you need your frame quicker please contact us and we will endeavor to accommodate your request.
• Standard Delivery time from dispatch is 2-3 working days charged at £5 per item. Orders over £70 free carriage.
• Please note delivery times are from the point of goods dispatch not order.

Change or cancel your order

If after placing your order you find you have made an error please don't hesitate to contact us and if we haven't already made your order we will change it for you at no extra cost. If this is a couple of days after placing the order the chances are it will already be made.

Quality assured

We always package your frame in bubble wrap and mail order packaging and send via the post office to ensure that your frame arrives with you in perfect condition.

Returns procedure

If your goods are faulty please notify us, In the case of damage all we will require is a digital image of any damage and we will offer you a full refund or exchange (please notify us within 5 days of receipt). A replacement will be sent as soon as possible. However please note that if any error has been made on your part in measuring etc.

Please note your frame is custom made to your requirements therefore we will not be able to accept as a return.

Your picture frames come ready to hang on the wall complete with felt bumper pads on the bottom edge to enable air to circulate and to stop your wall getting marked over time Backing board is art back - not MDF.
